If so, were you using the Broadcom NICs/OS combination mentioned or something else? Did you have any luck by disabling VMQ? What do I lose by disabling VMQ-will I cause myself a different headache by doing so? Thank you!

NOTE: I am not using W2012 nor the 1GB NIC & driver version listed-however, I did find another post from a user who had the same issues but was not using the 1GB NetXtreme adapter either.
I've been reading an article online indicating that having VMQ enabled can cause this problem on 1GB Broadcom NICs (using driver b57nd60a.sys) on Hyper-V with W2012 OS. Host machine is up to date on all drivers although I did find a NIC driver dated 1/3/19 which I've installed today. I have had a couple of instances where a host momentarily goes offline, hence so do my VMs. Although they are 10GBASE cards, I only have GB connectivity to them. These adapters are used in my Virtual Switch. The host(s) each have Broadcom NetXtreme E-Series Advanced Dual-port 10GBASE-T Ethernet PCIe Adapters. I am running Hyper-V on a W2016 Datacenter host server.
